Meet Nikki

Nikole has worked across many sectors facilitating the growth of hundreds of individuals on topics ranging from psychological safety to appreciative inquiry as the Chief of Client Evolution for Take Back Work. While working with organizations seeking a healthy workplace culture, it was clear that not all individuals were in the same place to meet this challenge. Some were out of balance outside of work, living unwell day-to-day. 

This catalyst brought many facets of Nikole’s life together. Her experiences include working with individuals who struggle with chronic stress, triggering a range of issues from women’s health issues, chronic illness, and digestive issues. She believes in helping others reclaim their body and their health from a holistic, systems-based approach. Through education and coaching, clients can achieve their personal health goals. She has specialized training and experience in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Functional Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, and Behavior Design.

  • Positive psychology is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play.

  • Mind-body medicine is a biopsychosocial approach to disease management. It includes the use of techniques including meditation, breath work, movement, and somatic tracking to take advantage of the mind-body-spirit triad for health and wellness.
